Welcome to Fancy Jackets. This website and online store (fancy-jackets.com, the "Site") is operated by DIG MARKET LLC, doing business as Fancy Jackets ("Fancy Jackets", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to display our jackets, colors, and materials as accurately as possible. Leather is a natural material, so slight variations in grain, texture, and shade are normal. Colors may look different on different screens. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and promotions can change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Duties, import taxes, and customs fees (if any) may apply depending on your country, and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time we offer discount codes and promotional offers. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, may be limited by time or order value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Specific terms shown with an offer apply to that offer.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or incomplete information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Jackets

  • Custom jackets are made specially for you based on your chosen options and the measurements you provide.
  • After you place a custom order, we may contact you to confirm details before production begins. Please review all details carefully, as production starts once they are confirmed.
  • Production and delivery typically take 3 to 4 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and custom text you submit.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. See our Refund & Returns Policy for exchange and remake terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
  • Introduce viruses or other harmful code

Product names and designs inspired by films, games, or pop culture are for style reference only and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by any third party; all third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it on the Site and in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours, is truthful, and does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
