We want you to love your Fancy Jackets purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum order value.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return or exchange. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition, with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Custom and Made-to-Order Jackets

Custom jackets are made specially for you, so they are handled differently:

  • Custom jackets can be exchanged or remade if they arrive damaged or defective, or if they do not match the specifications or measurements you approved at order confirmation.
  • Custom jackets cannot be returned for a change of mind, or if the measurements you submitted turn out to be incorrect.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of any issue.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Jackets that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing tags or original packaging
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@fancy-jackets.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. We will review your request and reply with return instructions and the return address.
  4. Do not send your item back before we approve the return. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange the return shipping for you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the result.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable only where shipping was charged. Since we offer free shipping, no shipping fee applies.
  • If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the refund will be for the amount you actually paid.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our approval, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider. If you still have not received it, email us at info@fancy-jackets.com.
